PRO-MINING INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK

Attractive Mining Code and investment framework

  • Mineral exploration licenses granted for 5 years

  • Renewable twice for a total 15 year period

  • Mining licenses granted for a 25-year term and renewable

  • 10-year tax holiday

  • 35% Corporate tax rate

  • The State has the right for a 10% free carry and 2% royalty

  • Commercial terms negotiable

Province Scale Tenure

  • Licenses covering 1,400km² of gold mineralized geological structures in the Saharan Metacraton

  • Potential analogue of gold-rich Birimian Greenstone belts of West Africa and/or Intrusion Related Gold Systems ('IRGS')

  • Little or no modern-day exploration and largely forgotten due to historical oil focus

  • First mover advantage with several highly prospective, province-scale, gold mineralised belts

Dorothe Gold Project

  • 200km² exploration license granted

  • Extensive artisanal workings defining targets

  • Two discrete targets; N-S striking quartz vein swarm and NE trending zone of extensive artisanal workings

  • 1km strike, up to 200m wide gold mineralised vein swarm; possible extensions to 3km strike

  • 14.12g/t Au over 4m, 34.1g/t over 2m and 63.2g/t over 1m in trenching

  • 3km x 1km area of extensive artisanal pitting

  • Over 40% of rock-chips returned grades over 0.5g/t with grades up to 103g/t, 99.6g/t & 94.5g/t Au

  • Visible gold in quartz veining with nuggets up to 1cm across

ECHBARA gold project

  • 200km² exploration license granted; 25km west of Dorothe

  • 2km long by 150m to 200m wide 100-300ppb soil anomaly defined

  • Historic trenching results of 58m @ 1.29g/t Au, 28m @ 1.29g/t Au

  • Located along contact between quartzites and schists and within proximity of large granitic intrusion

AM OUCHAR GOLD PROJECT

  • 200km² exploration license granted; 70km south-east of Dorothe

  • Historical UNDP trenching results including 20m @ 6.8g/t, 16m @ 4.7g/t and 12m @ 5.7g/t Au

  • Individual 2m composite grades up to 33g/t Au

  • Follow-up channel sampling by Tekton confirmed historical results, with assays including 2m @ 18.2g/t, 2m @ 14.2g/t and 2.3m @ 9.9g/t Au

  • Gold hosted within 2-5m thick, shallow dipping qtz veins within hematitic schists

Other projects

  • Additional 400km² of exploration licenses granted at Adé and Nabagay within the Ouaddaï South Region

  • Historical UNDP sampling has identified Li soil anomalies over 5km strike length and isolated Au anomalies at Adé

  • Field reconnaissance soil and rock chip sampling has identified gold anomalies at Nabagay
