Len Kolff

Len most recently worked in West Africa as Managing and Technical Director instrumental in the discovery and resource-definition phase of Iron Ore projects, in particular the Molfe project for Tawana Resources Limited.  Prior to this Len worked at Rio Tinto, where he was involved in a range of high-profile projects including the Simandou iron ore project and the Northparkes Cu-Au mine.

Len’s responsibilities have encompassed a broad range of disciplines, including the design, implementation and supervision of multi-commodity exploration and pre-feasibility study resource drilling programs, management of geological teams and collaboration with the mine planning and development functions of major project teams.

Len holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London and a Masters of Economic Geology from CODES, University of Tasmania.  He brings with him over 18 years mining industry experience in design, implementation and execution of multi-commodity exploration, resource evaluation, project studies and design, project appraisal and mergers and acquisitions, at corporate and operational levels in consulting and owner capacities for the major and junior resource sector, across a wide variety of jurisdictions.



Iwan is an exploration geologist with over 20 years' experience across a broad range of commodities, principally iron ore, manganese, gold, copper (porphyry and sed. hosted), PGE's, nickel and other base metals, with experience of chromitite, phosphates, coal and diamonds. Iwan has extensive southern and west African experience and has worked in Central and South America. His experience includes all aspects of exploration management, project generation, opportunity reviews, due diligence and mine geology.

Iwan has extensive studies experience having participated in the delivery of multiple project studies including resource, mine design criteria, baseline environmental and social studies and metallurgical test-work programmes. He is very familiar with working in Africa having spent 23 years of his 28 year geological career in Africa.

Iwan is a graduate of the University of Liverpool.

Moctar Keita

Moctar Keita is an exploration geologist with over 20 years' experience in the mining and exploration sectors.  He has a wide variety of practical experience and expertise in exploration geology prospecting for precious metals (gold and PGEs), base metals and iron.

Moctar has excellent knowledge and practical experience in geological surveying and mapping, in addition to comprehensive computer processing and data management skills.  During his career to date, Moctar has gained an in-depth knowledge of programme evaluation and quality improvement studies and techniques, and has skills and experience in logistics and planning for remote area operations.  

He is experienced in running exploration programmes throughout North Africa, and has compiled comprehensive and informative reports for senior management and other agencies.  Moctar has also worked in both North and West Africa, mainly in Mauritania and Gabon, as well as in the Middle East and Central Africa.  He is fluent in English and French and he also has a good understanding of Arabic. 


Principal Geologist, BASED IN Brisbane
Steve Cancio-Newton

Steve Cancio-Newton has over 20 years' experience in managing greenfields, brownfields and near-mine exploration in gold and base metals.  Steve brings with him a wealth of experience across multiple commodities and deposit settings within both the major and junior sectors of the resources industry.  Steve also has extensive experience with lithium pegmatite and gold exploration and project studies, and he has worked throughout West Africa and Australia in both grassroots exploration and brownfields locations.


Steve will work closely with Vincent and Len to administer the Company's diverse and extensive lithium, gold, bauxite, titanium and iron ore project pipeline through Ghana, Chad, Ivory Coast, Gabon and Australia.


Chief Financial Officer
Priy Jayasuriya 

Priy Jayasuriya is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in public practice with a broad knowledge over a number of industries. Priy has worked as a chartered accountant in Australia, Singapore and the United States of America and brings a range of expertise in the areas of due diligence, internal control, corporate governance, international financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Priy commenced his career with Ernst & Young and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Priy has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong background in financial management and reporting.

Karl Schlobohm

Karl is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years experience across a wide range of industries and businesses and as a result brings a unique range of skills to DGR Global, including expertise in Corporate Governance, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance and Corporate Taxation matters.

Karl holds Undergraduate Degrees in Commerce and Economics, together with a Masters Degree in Taxation. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Karl has previously held contract positions as Company Secretary of the ASX listed Linc Energy Limited, Agenix Limited, Discovery Metals Limited and Global Seafood Limited. He has also acted as CFO for Discovery Metals Limited and Meridian Minerals Limited.
