Country of Incorporation

The Company was incorporated in Queensland, Australia on 18 August 2007 as Ridge Exploration Pty Ltd. 

The name of the Company changed to Ironridge Resources Limited after it was registered as a public company on 6 October 2011. The Company listed on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM) on 12 February 2015.

The name of the Company then changed to Atlantic Lithium Limited on 18 November 2021.

The Company’s head office is in Sydney, New South Wales.

The Takeover Code

Under the amended constitution adopted by the Company in 2015, it is not subject to the UK Takeover Code.

Rights of Shareholders

The Company is incorporated in Australia and therefore the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
